Reality...

I was asked where would I see myself after 3 years in this company during my interview. I was wondering why 3 years, it’s too long for me. I’ve answered that I always look forward and whatever task is given to me I make the best out of it. Now, I understand that 3 years is not a long and no matter how best you are.

I know it is a bit difficult task for me to put this into words. I see people working in the same level for 7 years to 15 years. I don’t mean same job, I mean same level without any promotion. In many cases, not to blame anyone else other than themselves. Because, there is no aspiration to achieve more. It is said that, “If you have to achieve what you don’t have, you need to do what you have never done before.” It inspires me whenever I think of this.

 I heard many people saying that it is skin-biased world and I don’t get back anything though I’ve been loyal to this company. What I say is “Not to get disappointed and become robotic, there will be a decision time in the future again and again. Not to blame that there are no opportunities to learn. Create opportunities and be proactive.” It is all bit difficult when there are fewer opportunities to excel. Reason being you are so and so and you hold such and such a passport. Is your Dad bad?

Have you ever been asked,  "Is your Dad bad?" Well, let's unpack that. Do you stand by idly while every Tom, Dick, and Harry insults him without cause? Do you allow others to exploit him? Is it fair to assume that someone labeled as "bad" is incapable of any good deeds? Speaking up for a father who may have made mistakes doesn't necessarily equate to love and affection. It's about navigating complex emotions and setting boundaries to protect oneself from toxicity. Personally, I have no desire to return to a turbulent existence devoid of both love and hatred. In that state of neutrality, it becomes clearer to distinguish between good and bad. I often find myself pondering the selfishness of humanity. WHAT IS YOGA FOR YOU?

For me yoga isn’t different from my life in total and as well as in pieces. I never wish to preach without practice. I can’t compromise in it. Since, I’ve started practicing yoga lot of transformation happened. From suppression to transcendence. Being very regular to sadhana (Practice). Being at ease all the time. What is yoga for me? Yoga is a hobby for me. It is a trance in which I feel completely overwhelming. It is a solace to all my psychic wounds. Yoga is like mamma’s lap for me.
