WHAT IS YOGA FOR YOU?

For me yoga isn’t different from my life in total and as well as in pieces. I never wish to preach without practice. I can’t compromise in it. Since, I’ve started practicing yoga lot of transformation happened. From suppression to transcendence. Being very regular to sadhana (Practice). Being at ease all the time.

What is yoga for me? Yoga is a hobby for me. It is a trance in which I feel completely overwhelming. It is a solace to all my psychic wounds. Yoga is like mamma’s lap for me. Whenever there are any issues bothering me, I get lot of moral support from my sadhana. Mamma knows what I want and when. I just start my sadhana without any intention, simply without any intention. At the end what I find is understanding, the better understanding.

Yoga is just not about 8 lymbs for me. It is not like commandments to me. It is just like the way it is. No fight, no escapism, simply the truth minute by minute.
What is Yoga for me? Initially, yoga was a way to do lot of Asanas and achieve lot of flexibility. Yoga was one of the lucrative careers for me. But, what happened during my yogic journey? Lost the desire for lot of money, lost the intention to achieve the ability to do more challenging poses. What remained is to simply being happy without anything or at least with lesser things.

What is Yoga for me? Yoga is an internal journey for me. Travelled enough outside and enough of this ignorance. It will never be complete without knowing myself and that is where yoga is helping me.
What is Yoga for me? Me being introverted found yoga having a lot for me. For me Yoga is not a just a career to make some money. Money can’t attract me for too long. Because, my interest lies in living yoga not just having a title “Yoga Instructor”. There was lot of anger, sorrow, regression in me which was suppressed many times. Now, my efforts are not in controlling them, my efforts are to transcend emotions and stay calmer and be in unwavering equanimity.

Yoga is not just memorizing “Patanjali Yoga Sutras” for me.
Living in peace every minute is Yoga for me.
My ashramic experiences meant a lot to me. Always dreamt of being in hostel during my education, which couldn’t happen. That dream came true when I chose to go to ashrams. It was not too difficult for me to get back to ashramic schedule and discipline to my best. It was something I longed for years.

I decided to live like this. I don’t mind calling it Yoga or something else.

  5. Dear Guru,
    During reading your message, article,
    my calmness came.
I guess that nobody images you think YOGA is for your career.
    Because your attitude says everything.
In KDHAM, your attitude was special, it was very pure all the time.

We don't have to say many words, our attitude say everything.

For me, YOGA helps my life, peaceful life.
I think Patanjali guided us to live our life with the right way.
    YOGA is
    for giving happiness to me,
for giving happiness to all my friends.
Because if my mind is calm,
I can come in contact to all living, everything with my kindness.

In KDHAM, your attitude was like that.

    Guru, I like your smile.
Please lose your bright smiling with your pure mind.

    Love

Freedom???

One person asked me, "Are you surprised to see the freedom here that you don't see in India?" I know what you are trying to interpret from this question. Yes, you are right. The context was about having a close relationship without marriage with whoever and whenever. IS THAT REALLY A FREEDOM ABOUT WHICH YOU CAN NOT REVEAL TO THE WORLD? IS THAT REALLY A FREEDOM THAT YOU CAN NOT CLAIM OPENLY? IS THAT REALLY A FREEDOM TO  ALWAYS REVOLVE AROUND SEX? IS THAT REALLY A FREEDOM TO HAVE ONSs (One Night Stands)? I call it extremism, not FREEDOM. I call it Hypocrisy. Why am I writing this post at all? Does it matter? Forget about it.

Oh God! When will you get lost?

A belo3w 10-year-old girl was s1aitting in front of God before going to school and pleading with Great God to make her do well on her sports day. A 6-year-old boy was praying to Great God to make him stand 1st in his exams before going to school. When will this God leave these young minds, very young minds? In fact, it is not the young minds who are to be free from the concept of God. It is the parents' minds which are to be educated. If a girl has to do well in sports, she must practice well. "You play the way you practice, not the way you pray to God." If a boy has to do well in his exams, he must study well. A well-prepared boy will not get failed if he doesn't pay God. Or A boy without any preparation will not do well by just pleading to God. When will this God get lost from the very young minds? You aren't what you believe or say you are, and you are only what you do and how you do it. Someone said that “When you come to an end, that’s where God begins

Is your Dad bad?

Have you ever been asked,  "Is your Dad bad?" Well, let's unpack that. Do you stand by idly while every Tom, Dick, and Harry insults him without cause? Do you allow others to exploit him? Is it fair to assume that someone labeled as "bad" is incapable of any good deeds? Speaking up for a father who may have made mistakes doesn't necessarily equate to love and affection. It's about navigating complex emotions and setting boundaries to protect oneself from toxicity. Personally, I have no desire to return to a turbulent existence devoid of both love and hatred. In that state of neutrality, it becomes clearer to distinguish between good and bad. I often find myself pondering the selfishness of humanity. When people are in need, they turn a blind eye to flaws and faults. But as soon as the need disappears, they're quick to compile a laundry list of wrongdoings. Ultimately, managing priorities isn't within everyone's capabilities. The b
